Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is being linked with Roma given that he is unlikely to stay in Turin beyond this season.

Former Roma player, Ubaldo Righetti, spoke about the future of Massimiliano Allegri who is a close friend of his.

In an interview with Domenica Sportiva, Righetti addressed Allegri’s uncertain future, including Roma as a potential future destination for the Italian technician.

“I think he will finish the year with Juve, but then I think he wants to try new experiences after that. I don’t think he will go abroad,” said Righetti.

“Napoli? I do not believe that is an option for him. I think he would like to coach Roma, he has already come close to doing it in the past.”

“I don’t think Lazio is an option. It’s hard for him to stay at Juve again next year, also because there is pressure from other coaches who want Juve. Conte is one of them, I don’t see him at Milan. I’m not saying he will go to Roma but he likes that possibility.”
