Roma attacker Paulo Dybala shared his thoughts on Daniele De Rossi’s appointment at the club as well as his uncertain future.

In an interview with Al Arabi Al Jadeed, Dybala was asked about De Rossi’s return to Roma as head coach and how this may have influenced the team’s ambitions for the season.

“He was an icon of Roma as a player and now he is fully committed to his new role,” said the Argentine star. “He’s conveying his ideas and it’s really inspiring to work with him.”

“I want to give my best for this team and for the fans who welcomed me in an incredible way. I would like to get a positive result and reach the Champions League this year.”

“The future? At the moment, my future is the next match, and then we’ll see what happens. But I play for Roma and I see myself with Roma.”

“Mourinho? Working with Mourinho was inspiring and represented significant growth for me. We are talking about a coach who has done a lot in his career, without a doubt he uses his experience and helps you grow as a footballer. Honestly, I don’t know what the future holds for him, but I’m sure he will continue at a top club.”
