Ndicka favored to start ahead of Huijsen in Torino clash

Following their recent victory in the Europa League and the subsequent draw with Brighton in the competition’s Round of 16, Roma turn their attention to the upcoming Serie A fixture with Torino.

The Giallorossi will square off against Ivan Juric and his men in hopes of utilizing this match as an opportunity to rest some key players.

However, above all – Daniele De Rossi is rumored to be seriously considering having Evan Ndicka make his first start in his tenure as a coach.

The Ivorian centreback recently came on in the second half of the match against Feyenoord and is now favored to started ahead of Dean Huijsen, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Ndicka will replace Diego Llorente who continues to be monitored after suffering a head injury.
