Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante discussed tonight’s emphatic 4-0 win over Brighton in the first leg Europa League Round of 16.
In his post-match interview with Sky Sport, Cristante said, “We did well tonight, we interpreted the match well from the 1st minute. We knew they were strong and we went in with the right attitude.”
“We played fast and it went well. We had already prepared the match well and we were good at putting into practice what we have done in recent days, in any case it is not over yet, there is the return leg left to be played.”
“However, I think there is always room for improvement and we are not perfect yet, the coach is working very well. We give our best. The fans? Playing here in front of them is fantastic, we are proud to make them feel important.”
