Federico Chiesa has become a top priority for Roma ahead of the summer.
The Italian winger is reportedly one of the main transfer targets for the Giallorossi who will seek to strengthen the squad at Daniele De Rossi’s disposal for next season.
According to calciomercato.it, Chiesa is one of De Rossi’s specific requests for the summer transfer window.
The news portal suggests the Juventus player has already been in contact with the Roma boss and the two are expected to carry on conversations ahead of the summer.
Chiesa’s contract with the Bianconeri runs out next year and so far there have been no successful attempts to extend his deal.
Thus, the player is supposedly keen on leaving Turin and could opt to join Roma instead.
However, for his arrival to materialize, Roma will be obligated to qualify for next year’s Champions League.
