The intermediary for the deal that enabled Marash Kumbulla to join Sassuolo on loan from Roma in January, Lucas Carminitana, spoke about the defender’s future.
In an interview with TV Play, Carminitana said, “On the last day of the transfer window there was strong interest from Hamburg in Marash Kumbulla.”
“Unfortunately he is not playing much, but he continues to draw interest in Germany, between the lower teams in Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2.”
“Future at Roma? It all depends on De Rossi. I think there are chances that he could go abroad, particularly to Germany,” added Carminitana.
