Roma attacker Paulo Dybala penned a motivational message after the Giallorossi’s elimination from the Europa League at the hands of Bayer Leverkusen.

The Argentine forward was unable to play on Thursday night due to a persisting physical issue that occurred during the match with Juventus earlier in the week.

On Instagram, Dybala wrote:

“Every battle teaches us something, and despite the disappointment, we leave the field with our heads held high, proud of what we gave and how we fought. Pride in the colors we carry is stronger than any result and guides us to never get discouraged.”

“Thank you to our fans, let’s lift our heads because the season is not over yet. Forza Roma.”
