Roma are once again being linked with Nahitan Nandez of Cagliari.
The capital club are said to have renewed their interest in the Uruguayan midfielder who had been a target for them a few years ago prior to Cagliari’s relegation to Serie B.
This time around, Roma are reportedly looking for an additional box-to-box midfielder on Daniele De Rossi’s request ahead of next season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Nandez is the ideal fit and a solid low-cost option as the player is about to become a free agent and his entourage are shopping him around Italy.
Roma would be very keen on a free transfer involving Nandez and soon the situation could develop further.
