Roma are running out of time in making a permanent deal for Spanish fullback Angeliño.

Despite intending for him to stay, Roma have yet to pull the trigger on Angeliño’s buy option from Leipzig.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma must hurry: in 48 hours, on May 30, the buy option expires, set at €5 million, divided over three years thanks to the long intermediation work of the lawyer Bozzo.

In this case Roma cannot hesitate because the Leipzig have already made two things known: 1) there will be no discount for the transfer of the player, who had played for Galatasaray until January; 2) if Roma don’t buy him immediately, the price will rise because Angelino has a market and suitors in the Bundesliga.

Angeliño, for his part, has already agreed a five-year contract with Roma last winter and wants to stay in Trigoria.
