Roma could be lining up a controversial move this summer that would entail the arrival of Lazio midfielder Daichi Kamada.
The Giallorossi are famously searching for fresh reinforcements ahead of next season and De Rossi’s need for a strong, dynamic midfielder could result in Roma looking over to their city rivals Lazio.
In fact, Lazio’s Daichi Kamada could opt out of his stay with the Biancocelesti after only one season.
Kamada is reportedly willing to consider leaving Lazio as the club’s future plans remain unclear and Igor Tudor’s managerial position seems to be dwindling.
As a result, Il Messaggero reports that Roma – who had been linked with Kamada during his Frankfurt days leading up to his decision to join Lazio instead – have made inquiries for him in recent weeks.
For now, however, the player is only a faint idea ahead of a busy summer market for the Giallorossi.
