Former Roma player Max Tonetto: “Chiesa and Dybala would be a great pairing.”

Former Roma player Max Tonetto weighed in on the latest round of transfer rumors.

In particular, Tonetto was asked about the rumors linking Juventus attacker Federico Chiesa with a move the Italian capital.

In an interview with Planetwin365news, Tonetto said, “Chiesa is one of the best talents in Italy.”

Tonetto added, “He would make a great pairing with Dybala.”

“Over the years he has lost a bit of continuity and had a very serious injury, but if I could put a chip on the Roma transfer market, I would put it on him.”

“Lukaku? If he left it would be a major loss,” he added.

“There will be many evaluations to be made, a European Championship is involved, the player’s salary is quite elevated and Roma will have to make some sacrifices given that the market will be a bit limited due to the club’s financial situation. They will have to be very good at rebuilding the team.”

“Next season will be exciting and fascinating, with many teams that have changed and many that have to react following a negative year, such as Juventus, Milan, Roma itself, Napoli, in addition to Bologna who will have to confirm themselves and Atalanta who will still be the ‘outsider’.”
