The rumors of a potential Friedkin takeover of Everton have been confirmed in England.
The Roma owners are in fact ready to expand their network to the English Premier League.
The latest report by Sky Sports UK states that the American businessmen and owners of the Friedkin Group who are also in charge of Roma, have reached an agreement with Everton’s majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri to buy the club.
In fact, for some time now, Sky Sport UK had reported the Friedkins’ interest in the English club and now the deal seems to have come to an end.
After taking over Roma in 2020 and Cannes a year ago, the Friedkins expand their reign to the Premier League, acquiring a 94% stake of Everton.
