Samuel Dahl fights to make Roma transfer happen in next few days

Samuel Dahl is convinced of his intention to play for Roma.

The 21-year-old fullback is eager to leave his current club, Djurgardens, and move to Italy to play for Daniele De Rossi’s team.

According to Il Tempo, Dahl has already reached an agreement with Roma who are now set to accelerate their talks with the Swedish side.

The newspaper claims Dahl is fighting tooth and nail to make the transfer happen as Djuargardens would rather send him to the Premier League where better offers came for him in recent days.

Roma are expected to submit a bid of 3-4 million euros, with the player’s entourage pushing for the deal to be closed before Thursday, when the Swedes will play a preliminary Conference League match against Niederkon.

This will be a match that Dahl does not want to play so as not to affect his eligibility for Roma’s UEFA list.

Yesterday, Dahl played ninety minutes in the league match that his team lost, but the hope is that it was the last game played in his homeland.

The Giallorossi are now ready to get the deal done.
