Roma are set to meet with Girona in a final face-to-face confrontation for the signing of Artem Dovbyk.
The Ukraine international is in talks to join the Giallorossi and is now waiting for Girona to accept Roma’s offer.
Giallorossi sporting director Florent Ghisolfi is in Spain to personally see to it that a deal is closed within the next few hours.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, Ghisolfi, along with Dovbyk’s agents, will meet with Girona later today.
This meeting will serve to reach a total agreement and seal the deal, enabling Ghisolfi to return to Rome with Dovbyk.
Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is also expected to join the meeting, writes Di Marzio.
