Roma are looking to add another centreback to their roster and the latest name to be linked is that of Genoa’s Koni De Winter.
The Belgian defender is named as one of the potential candidates to reinforce Roma’s backline this upcoming season.
According to Sportitalia, Roma have recently made contact with the player’s entourage.
However, this was merely an exploratory inquiry about the 22-year-old’s availability and the costs of a potential transfer.
Having arrived on loan from Juventus last summer, after a good season at Genoa, featuring 31 appearances in Serie A and Coppa Italia, the Belgian’s deal was made permanent by the Grifoni.
