Frosinone midfielder and former Roma Primavera man Luca Mazzitelli weighed in on Matias Soulé’s switch to the Italian capital.

In an interview with Retesport, the Frosinone captain stated: “It’s impossible not to love him, he’s a pure-hearted boy, he has an incredible passion and love for football, he would spend all day on the pitch training.”

“He knows how to behave, he was at Juve, he knows how to get into an important group. My advice was to stay as you are, go to camp with joy. He knows he has more pressure now, but he is Argentine and he embraces it.”

“Last year at the first training he wanted all the balls, he’s hungry and has personality. A lot will depend on the first few games to adapt as best as possible, I think De Rossi is counting on him a lot.”

“He is a 4-3-3 winger who can also come and get the ball between the lines, he is very good in tight spaces, you have to keep him in the thick of the game on the pitch. He can easily play with Dybala, they have different experiences, I know they are very good friends and will make it work.”
