The deal for Lorenz Assignon to Roma is at final stages of negotiations.
The French right-back is set to become the Giallorossi’s next transfer signing after the arrival of Artem Dovbyk less than three weeks ago.
As reported by Il Messaggero, Roma are very close to an agreement with Rennes for a loan with obligation to buy for €9 million.
The newspaper adds that Assignon is expected to arrive in the Italian capital in the coming days.
Saud Abdulhamid is also close to joining the Giallorossi from Al-Hilal and his arrival could also materialize soon.
