Legendary Italian footballer Gianfranco Zola admitted to being a fan of Roma’s Matias Soulé.
During an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, the former striker dedicated a significant passage to Roma’s young talent.
Zola praised the Argentine player, underlining his qualities and future potential.
“I am very curious about Matias Soulé, to see what he can do this year, in a more important team. He is a player that I have been following since my time in Serie C, I like him a lot and he did very well last year.”
“I’m curious to see what he can do now that the level of the team he plays for has changed. I will follow him with interest, but obviously he won’t be the only one.”
