Roma are eager to bring in an additional midfielder before the transfer deadline.

After securing Enzo Le Fee in the early weeks of the transfer window, Roma are now working on the addition of another profile that could rotate under Daniele De Rossi’s orders.

Today’s edition of La Repubblica corroborates yesterday’s report by Teleradiostereo: Roma are tracking Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi.

Roma CEO Lina Souloukou is reportedly orchestrating talks with Frattesi’s agent, Beppe Riso.

The operation is very difficult. But Roma are trying. The player’s valuation is high, around 35 million euros; a sum deemed unapproachable by the Giallorossi.

For this reason, the latest idea at Trigoria is to include another one of Beppe Riso’s clients, Bryan Cristante, in the deal for Frattesi to Roma.

The idea that Roma and Riso are working is as follows: Cristante plus a small fee for Frattesi.
