Roma and Milan are rapidly progressing in their talks for a swap involving Alexis Saelemaekers and Tammy Abraham.

The Giallorossi are in fact ready to send Abraham to the Rossoneri in exchange for Saelemaekers and a cash fee.

As reported by Matteo Moretto of Relevo, negotiations are at final stages with the two clubs ready to agree on the final figures of the deal.

Roma will send Abraham to Milan, who in turn will send Saelemaekers to the capital plus a payment of around €10 million for the ex-Chelsea striker.

Last details remain to be sorted but the deal is expected to be closed in the coming hours.
