The Belgian winger complete surgery on a fractured ankle suffered during the recent match with Genoa.
Despite facing an extended absence from the pitch, Saelemaekers seemed to be in good spirits as he posed for the camera in a recent Instagram story.
“Thanks for all your messages!” wrote the ex-Milan player. “Everything went well! I’ll come back stronger! See you soon.”
