To confirm this news is Sky Sport journalist Angelo Mangiante who claims that the Texan owners are looking for a new manager to replace Juric in case of another defeat on Thursday against Torino.

In an interview with Radio Manà Manà Sport, Mangiante said, “The ownership is moving on multiple fronts, looking at multiple coaches.”

“All the interested parties will deny having been contacted, but the Friedkins are looking for a new coach.”

“Among others, two names were contacted when De Rossi was sacked. In addition to Pioli, who said “too late”, and others who distanced themselves but were linked to Roma: Terzic, who said no because his first option in Italy is Milan.”

“The second name is Tuchel, who made Chelsea win the Champions League. I know for sure that he was intrigued by the Roma project and was available, but the door was closed to him and Juric was preferred. When I heard this, I was shocked…”
