Mats Hummels will not be taking part in Roma’s first Coppa Italia fixture of the season.
The German defender has not yet recovered from the latest bout of flu which prevented him from playing against Como on Sunday.
According to Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Hummels is still feverish which therefore rules him out for tomorrow’s match.
In his place, Mario Hermoso is expected to start.
Roma will also be dealing with Gianluca Mancini’s absence as he is suspended in Coppa Italia.
