The Spanish defender is already on his way out after signing a three-year deal with the Giallorossi in the summer.
As revealed by Fabrizio Romano, Roma and Bayer Leverkusen are in engaged in talks for Hermoso’s transfer to Germany.
The deal is on as Leverkusen are prioritizing the addition of a new centreback.
