The Spaniard is in advanced talks to join the German side on loan until the end of the season.
As reported by Sky Sport DE journalist Florian Plettenberg, Roma and Leverkusen are discussing the last details of Hermoso’s loan.
The deal will be finalized soon with Hermoso receiving the green light to travel to Germany.
