Lecce sporting director Pantaleo Corvino gave an interview to Il Messaggero in which he discussed the upcoming clash with Roma.
In the interview, Corvino was asked about the Friedkin’s way of running things and Ranieri’s impact in the capital so far.
“Friedkin? I speak in general: football should be treated like a company and therefore everything starts from the choice of an excellent management. Just spending money in is not enough,” he said.
“Ranieri? We have an excellent relationship. We write to each other from time to time. You can imagine, that we started our adventure in Serie C together. It was already clear that he was a champion.”
“I would like Ranieri to reach the goals he deserves,” he added.
