Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini exited last night’s Derby della Capitale with an apparent injury.
The Giallorossi skipper started in Ranieri’s formation but was eventually replaced in the second half.
According to Il Romanista, Pellegrini suffered a shoulder injury.
His status remains unclear, putting his availability for the match against Hellas Verona at risk.
