Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi spoke to DAZN a few minutes before kick-off to Roma-Milan.

The French executive discussed Ranieri’s final match at the Stadio Olimpico.

“Claudio is a great coach, but also a great man. We are at the Olimpico, we hope to play a great match. The best way to say goodbye to the coach is to play a great match, he loves to see the team give their all.”

“The future? Ranieri will be an advisor and will help guide us,” he added.

“Saelemaekers? We’ve always said: we want to keep him. He’s been important on and off the pitch. He has a great relationship with everyone, even the fans.”
