Gian Piero Gasperini is ready to become Roma’s new head coach.
The Italian technician will soon conclude his spell in Bergamo after 9 years of leading the Nerazzurri.
Roma and Gasperini have agreed to a long-term contract worth 5 million euros per season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the last step is for Gasperini to meet with Roma owner Dan Friedkin.
The meeting could take place today as Roma are aiming to announce Gasperini’s appointment in the weekend or at the start of next week.
