A key meeting went down earlier today between Roma and Gian Piero Gasperini.
Members of Roma’s management, including sporting director Florent Ghisolfi, met with Gasperini to discuss his candidacy for the capital club’s bench.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport, the meeting was very positive.
However, for the final paperwork to be signed the parties will need an additional 24-48 hours.
