The latest report by Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport suggests Roma have made concrete steps forward in their negotiations with Mile Svilar.

The club’s top priority is to secure Svilar’s long-term future as the goalkeeper continues to draw interest following his impressive season with the Giallorossi.

According to Di Marzio, Roma have come closer to the player’s contractual requests during recent meetings.

In fact, Roma are now reportedly offering a contract worth €3 million whereas Svilar’s entourage are asking for €3 million + 1 million in bonuses.

Roma will have to make one final effort to complete the agreement with Claudio Ranieri playing a vital role as the guarantor in negotiations.
