Brighton are reportedly pushing to sign Roma target Maxim De Cuyper.
The Giallorossi had held talks with De Cuyper in recent weeks as Angelino appeared to be on his way out of the capital.
However, with Angelino’s deal to Al Hilal falling through, Roma have had to put the talks with De Cuyper on hold.
In the meantime, Tuttomercatoweb writes that Brighton inserted themselves in the race and are now trying to overtake Roma.
Brugge are asking for €20 million – a fee that Brighton are planning to match in their proposal.
