The future of Zeki Celik remains unresolved.

The Turkish player had been linked with an exit from Roma up until the end of the season. However, as weeks have gone by, rumors appear to have died down since then.

This could soon change.

According to Turkish portal Yeni Acik, Besiktas have set their sights on the Giallorossi wingback, with club president Serdal Adalı having already met with Roma executives to open up to the transfer of the Turkish international.

According to the same source, the Giallorossi have no intention of letting go of the player, adding that they would even like to renew Celik’s contract, which expires in June 2026.
