Roma are fully locked in talks with Palmeiras for the transfer of Richard Rios.
The Colombian midfielder is the capital club’s number one priority at the moment.
As reported by Alfredo Pedulla, the Giallorossi are the only Italian club seriously interested in Rios.
Roma’s latest offer for him amounted to 25 million with 5 million in add-ons.
Palmeiras, however, keep asking for 30 million euros in fixed fee.
Roma are now working to reduce the distance between their offer and Palmeiras’ request.
