Negotiations to bring Polish defender Jan Ziolkowski to Roma appear to be stalled.

Despite a full agreement between the player and his agents, the deal is currently stalled due to a lack of agreement with Legia Warsaw.

The sticking point, as reported by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, concerns the clauses and the percentage of the player’s future resale value: the Polish club is adamant on these details, convinced that the player’s value can explode in the future and seeking to secure significant revenue from his eventual sale.

Meanwhile, Ziolkowski himself is continuing to push hard for a move to Roma and is resisting pressure from other clubs, especially those from the Bundesliga, who are hoping to capitalize on this stalemate.
