The Brazilian, who scored his first goal for the Giallorossi on Saturday, has been called up by Ancelotti for the matches against Chile and Bolivia.
The matches are part of the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
The former AC Milan and Real Madrid coach announced the squad in Rio de Janeiro.
Brazil will face Chile in Rio de Janeiro on September 4th and Bolivia on the 9th at the Estadio Municipal de El Alto.
Wesley has made two appearances for the national team, both last March against Colombia and Argentina.
Brazil is second in the standings with 25 points, 10 points behind Argentina.
