In an interview with Tuttomercatoweb.com, his friend Vedat Bajrami revealed that the Giallorossi were genuinely interested and there had been discussions.
“He’s had a lot of offers since January. There have been offers from the Premier League to Napoli, all the way to Marseille.”
“There have also been contacts in the previous period with other clubs like Juventus, AC Milan, and Roma.”
