Jan Ziolkowski, Roma’s new young defender who arrived in the final days of the transfer market from Legia Warsaw, spoke to Meczyki directly from the Polish squad’s training camp.
“Serie A is obviously on a different level,” he said when asked about Italy’s top flight.
“This was a key aspect for the move. Every week you face better players and you grow as a result of it.”
“I’m a defender, I have a career plan. I wanted to come to Italy and this opportunity presented itself.”
