Roma held their first training session yesterday ahead of the match against Inter, under the watchful eye of Dan Friedkin but with several absentees.

In addition to the eleven players currently playing for their respective national teams, Angeliño and Wesley were also missing.

The Spanish full-back is still suffering from the flu, while the Brazilian, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports, declined a call-up to the Brazil squad and was rested as a precaution due to an ankle bruise.

Nothing serious: he should be available against Inter after the break.

There is great anticipation for Bailey’s return, having trained only once with the group since his arrival. The Jamaican completed individual training yesterday and aims to return next week.
