Roma continues to struggle in attack, and Gian Piero Gasperini is looking for alternatives to increase his team’s threat.

The Piedmontese coach has repeatedly suggested Paulo Dybala as a center forward and appears to have revived Artem Dovbyk, but Evan Ferguson’s injury complicates the manager’s plans.

In January, the club will intervene in the transfer market to strengthen the attacking lineup available to the manager.

The hottest name remains Joshua Zirkzee, and as reported by the English portal Talks Sports the Giallorossi have already had contact with Manchester United to explore the feasibility of a loan move.

West Ham and PSV are also interested in the 2001-born player.

Discussions between the player and the Red Devils will take place in the coming days to reach a decision on his future.
