Federico Balzaretti’s relationship with Roma will once again be officially end in the next few hours.
The former player had been working at Roma, first alongside Florent Ghisolfi and then Frederic Massara, as a loan manager since January 2025.
As reported by Sky Sport, the former player has already terminated his contract with the Giallorossi.
In the next few hours, Balzaretti will join Marseille and act as an assistant to Mehdi Benatia, the French club’s sporting director and his former teammate with the Giallorossi.
