The January transfer window is upon us.

Roma sporting director Massara, abiding by the restrictions imposed by Financial Fair Play, will try to provide Gian Piero Gasperini and his Roma team with as many reinforcements as possible to ensure the Giallorossi continue to fight for the top spot in the table until the very end.

Among the names being considered by the Giallorossi management is Luis Henrique, a Brazilian fullback currently playing for Inter Milan.

Arrived last summer from Marseille, the 2001-born player has made very few appearances so far: seven short league appearances and a single 14-minute Champions League appearance against Union Saint-Gilloise.

Despite his limited playing time, the Brazilian is well-regarded by Chivu, and the entire management of the Appiano Gentile club is firmly convinced that his future is bright.

According to Gianluigi Longari, sporting director Piero Ausilio is unwilling to negotiate for the midfielder, who is considered unsellable.

Last season, Henrique scored 9 goals and 10 assists between Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France, numbers that prompted the Nerazzurri to focus on him. Therefore, at least for now, the former Botafogo player will remain at Pinetina.
