Devis Vasquez is leaving Roma for Besiktas. Having arrived in the capital last summer, he made his sole appearance between the posts for the Giallorossi in a July friendly against Cannes.
The Colombian goalkeeper has not yet made an official appearance.
His move to the Istanbul club will be on loan with an option to buy.
The Giallorossi were able to finalize the agreement with the Turkish club thanks to the postponed transfer window in Türkiye.
Roma announced Vasquez’s loan to Besiktas with an option to buy via a post on their social media.
A photo of the goalkeeper was attached, along with a greeting to the 1998-born player. “Vasquez loaned to Besiktas. Good luck, Devis!” read the Giallorossi club’s post.
