Real Madrid continues to monitor Roma’s Moroccan midfielder El Aynaoui with interest.
According to Radio Manà Manà, the player is in the sights of Los Blancos, who intend to strengthen their midfield next season.
El Aynaoui’s performances with Morocco in the recent Africa Cup of Nations, a tournament in which his national team reached the final, losing in extra time to Mané’s Senegal, particularly piqued the Spanish club’s interest.
Despite interest from top European clubs like Real Madrid, Roma has yet to set a price for the player, who currently remains an integral part of the Giallorossi squad.
The club’s management has no intention of selling him, at least for now. There have been no official contacts between the Madrid club and Roma yet, but the situation will be closely monitored as the summer transfer window approaches.
Negotiations could come to a head in June if Real Madrid decides to intensify their efforts to sign the Moroccan midfielder, formerly of Lens.
