With the draw against Bologna behind him, Roma must return to focusing on the league.

The Giallorossi will face Como, level on points, away in a very crucial match. Cesc Fabregas spoke at a press conference ahead of the match scheduled for Sunday, March 15th.

Regarding Diao and Maximo Perrone’s condition, the Spanish coach said: “After training alone on Sunday, Diao trained with us all week, very well, and tomorrow, if all goes well, he’ll be in the squad. “

“But it’s not serious. For Perrone, it’s more of a no than a yes. Today he trained individually and went well. Players can improve with the right treatment, but he’s scared. Last year, he was out for three months after a knock against Verona. He just needs blood removed; he had an effusion, and it’s not serious.”

Roma and Como have two of the best goalkeepers in the league. Fabregas has no doubts about their importance to both teams: “Two great goalkeepers. I hope it’s not a goalkeeping match. But it’s true, they’re two goalkeepers who make the difference. Each in their own way; both Svilar and Jean have saved their teams countless times. But I like both of them.”

The Como coach has no doubts about the three points at stake: “They’re three important points, but there’s no extra motivation. Just an important match against Roma, in their second season in Serie A and with the right confidence. We’re ready, organized to go and win, knowing they’ve put in an incredible transfer window. They’re the team that has raised their level the most in the transfer window. We need the perfect performance.”
