Barring any major unforeseen circumstances, this season will be Paulo Dybala’s last in a Roma jersey.
The Argentine, in his fourth season with the Giallorossi, will likely leave the capital in June.
Indeed, there have been too many opportunities to sit down and discuss a potential contract extension.
The latest, as Il Corriere dello Sport reported, was just a few days ago.
Dybala’s agent, Carlos Nivel, was in Rome for the birth of little Gia, but no one from Trigoria has reached out to discuss a possible extension.
And so Dybala is starting to look around.
There are three hot options at the moment: the most likely, obviously, is a return to Argentina, with Boca Juniors, his friend and former teammate Paredes, ready to welcome him back.
The other two options, however, lead to Turkey: Galatasaray and Fenerbahce would be happy to sign him, and in Turkey the Argentine would earn roughly his current salary (around €8 million).
