The conflict between Gasperini and Ranieri appears to have reached a point of no return, with the latter remaining distant in recent days, not even showing up at Trigoria.

Despite initial disappointment at the perceived lack of support from the fans, the Giallorossi’s Senior Advisor has no intention of backing down.

As reported by Il Tempo, his arguments are largely shared by the ownership, even if they aren’t always supported by the manner and tone adopted.

Ranieri’s vision, in fact, is rooted in deeper, more distant issues, and the trust expressed by the Friedkins a year and a half ago remains a certainty. The American owners, however, have also demonstrated their support for the coach, renewing their support.

Despite this, some rumors have suggested the former coach might step back, with the idea of a more symbolic role outside the club, but still within the Roma structure. For now, however, Ranieri has no intention of resigning: the rift with Gasperini remains, but for now, both will remain at Trigoria.
