Paulo Dybala’s future remains uncertain.
The Argentine star’s contract expires on June 30th and appears closer to leaving Rome than to a potential contract extension.
Following Ranieri’s departure, and the likely departure of Massara, Gasperini is central to the Giallorossi project, and his respect for “La Joya” is a factor not to be underestimated. Nor, of course, is his salary, which, if extended, would take a significant cut.
Meanwhile, Boca, Galatasaray, and Flamengo are closely monitoring the situation. While waiting to determine her future, Paulo Dybala’s wife, Oriana Sabatini, addressed the uncertainties surrounding her husband’s career.
Oriana Sabatini, speaking to Radio Splendid, spoke about her future being tied to that of Paulo Dybala, who will have to choose what will make him happiest. “I’m River because my father is, but I want my husband to do what makes him happy.”
La Joya’s wife hopes her husband’s future will soon be clarified: “Rome is beautiful, yes, but so is his job. You can’t decide just like that… because it depends on many things, so we have to see how everything goes and what happens… I hope it will be finalized in June.”
