Roma fans will be banned from their first away match of the season.
This morning, the Prefect of Lecce, Natalino Manno, signed the official ordinance banning the purchase of tickets for all residents of the Lazio region for the match against Lecce.
The measure also includes the complete closure of the away section of the Stadio Via del Mare: no tickets will be sold to Roma fans.
The decision is linked to the clashes that occurred outside the stadium in 2025.
The new season thus restarts on the heels of the previous one, which ended with a long series of away matches banned for Roma fans.
From January to May, Roma fans were forced to stay away from stadiums following incidents on the A1 motorway between Roma and Fiorentina ultras.
