Matias Soulé has put a difficult summer behind him, dealing with pubalgia and a transfer window that saw him away from the capital.

Yet the 2003-born player worked hard to be ready and convince Gian Piero Gasperini to take a chance on him.

The Argentine winger has transformed his Casal Palocco villa into a specialized diagnostic center, equipped with cutting-edge equipment and instruments.

To overcome his pubalgia without any after-effects, Matias Soulé split his days between working with physiotherapists at Trigoria and working at home with personal trainer Viggiano.

As Corriere dello Sport reports, the 2003-born player trained between six and seven hours a day, combining a hyperbaric chamber, a diamagnetic pump to reduce pubic bone edema, and Pilates exercises.

The former Frosinone player showed up to the July 13 training camp completely refreshed but still out of shape due to the strict parameters imposed by Gasperini.

In just a few training sessions, however, the Argentine winger lost weight and regained his sprint speed, eventually scoring the goal that brought the Stadio Olimpico to a climax against Atalanta.
